Our MISSION
We take our duty of competence and confidentiality to our clients seriously. We strive to advocate for their interests while serving as their counselor and advisor. We listen and deal with past facts and their implications; we suggest alternatives under applicable laws while giving our clients candid advice to make informed decisions.
Per the Rule of Professional Conduct, we may refer to relevant moral and ethical considerations in giving advice based on our best legal, professional, and independent judgment. As an officer of the court, we share the responsibility to promote the administration of justice and have the obligation of civility, integrity, dignity, fairness, candor, and courtesy.
Our approach
We focus on our clients’ interests. We assess them with our independent judgment and help our clients advance them. We raise critical issues, consider their consequences, and explore various options. We suggest clients ask this question during decision-making: “What would be fair?” We do not impose our values on the client but call on the client to draw on the client’s own moral resources.
We are not here to take over as Godfathers or to decide what is right as Guru, nor are we here to do the client’s bidding as Hired Gun. We are here to help our clients to make the best-informed decision with our legal, professional, and independent advice.
